Basics
Pets and smoking (inside home, on decks and in yard) are not permitted.
Rates include state (6%) and local (9%) hotel occupancy taxes.
Linen and towel service is included, and washing the linens and towels and cleaning the house once you have checked out. Beach towels are not included.
Rentals are 7 nights, typically arriving on Monday anytime after 4 PM and departing on Monday by 10 AM.
During Low and Mid Seasons, there is sometimes more flexibility on arrival and departure times depending on availability.
When we receive full payment (including a $500 refundable security deposit) and a signed rental contract, your reservation is confirmed.
You can cancel 90 days or more before your arrival date and receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. If you must cancel less than 90 days before your arrival date, we will work with you to find alternative rental dates that work for you and us. Or if we are able to re-rent for the time of your reservation, you can receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee.
We only rent to responsible individuals over the age of 25. The maximum number of occupants and visitors is 12. We do not rent to prom groups, school or graduation groups, fraternities or sororities, youth groups WITH or WITHOUT adult supervision, or weddings. We do not permit weddings or parties of any kind.
Payment
We accept personal checks and prefer this method of payment.
If there isn't sufficient time to pay by personal check, or if you prefer, we can accept bank wire traners. |
